30 Plus Skin Care Routine | 6 STEPS for a Young Fresh Face

New video published on my youtube channel on my simple skin care routine. You wanna look young and healthy for as long as possible? Simple everyday hacks can do magic. You don't need a facelift and super expensive products, all you need in some consistency in your skin care routine. :)

  1. WASH YOUR FACE! – with tap water. I told you it will be cheap. Preferably cold water. But even if you wash your face with warm water make sure you end it with cold. It will help keep your face rejuvenated and young. It’s great method to avoid getting wrinkles also. And always use a clean towel to dry your face!

2. ALWAYS REMOVE YOUR MAKE-UP - No matter how tired or exhausted you are, make sure to remove your make-up before going to bed.

3. MOISTURIZE – I use moisturizer twice a day in the morning and the evening before going to bed. And I am using the same product for both. Even if my moisturizer is for night time. Does it mean that my skin goes back to bed if I apply it in the morning? Hahahaaa… Moisturizing is super important to protect your skin from drying out and also helps keep your face stay flexible and young for ever!

4. DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE! – Never under any circumstance touch your face when being out in public. Ou are touching the steering wheel in your car or the handrail, you’re touching your boyfriend’s wallet… or his money… or his credit card, whatever they are all dirty and full of germs. You don’t want to touch your face with that hand afterwards and smudge all that dirt onto your skin. A good way to avoid touching your face is by wearing a light make-up whenever you go out, or if not because who want sto apply make-up all the time, at least a light layer of foundation would work fine. Not only you avoid touching your face this way, but you can also protect your skin from dust and dirt from outside.

5. USE FACIAL WASH and/or USE FACE MASK!! – I use … But you can use any product that’s good for your skin. I apply this 2-3 times a week leave it on for a few minutes then wash it off with warm and then… you guessed it, cold water. It helps exfoliate and cleanse my face leaving a smooth finish! And also once a week I use a peel of mask, because it cleans the pores and helps remove dead skin from your face, especially around the nose area and your forehead and it looks kinda cool when applying it especially when it dries leaving you numb for a few minutes. It’s a double winner if you happen to live with someone because you can at least shut the F up a for few minutes and not disturb others with your continuous yacking. It’s also cool when you’re taking it off, just make sure you shave your face before otherwise it will be dreadfully painful. You can guarantee to have your skin feel so much lighter and more beautiful afterwards.

6. And last but not least be careful what you fuel your body with. The way you take care of your body will definitely reflect on your skin aswell. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids. No, I don’t mean alcohol. Hydration is super important, so drink plenty of water. And also keep a clean and healthy diet, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Your skin will thank you later! Guaranteed!
